The EGNOS Disclaimer is fully applicable to the EGNOS SIS obtained from the ESA SISNeT service and the ESA EMS (EGNOS Message Server).

The use of SBAS Simulator is at the user’s own risk. ESA expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind (whether express or implied), including, but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. ESA makes no warranty that the SBAS Simulator tool will meet the requirements of users. ESA also disclaims all warranties on the results obtained with this tool. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a user from ESA shall create any warranty.

By using the ESA SBAS Simulator tool, the user agrees that ESA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damages for interruption of business, loss of profits, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from the use and/or resulting from the misuse of the SBAS Simulator tool and/or impossibility to retrieve the EGNOS SIS from the ESA EMS service or resulting from any other circumstance experienced by the user of the EGNOS SIS.
